Active Dads Collective ("ADC", "we", "us") is a community platform for fathers who are active. Our website is activedadscollective.club. By using ADC you agree to these terms.
ADC is a community for fathers and expecting fathers. You must be 18 or older to use ADC. You must have a valid Strava account to sign up. By connecting your Strava account you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself.
You agree not to use ADC to harass, abuse, or harm other members. You agree not to share content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful. You agree not to attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these terms.
Your use of ADC is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at activedadscollective.club/privacy. By using ADC you agree to our Privacy Policy.
ADC uses Strava OAuth for authentication. We are not affiliated with Strava Inc. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's own terms of service.
You retain ownership of any content you post on ADC, including your bio and profile information. By posting content you grant us a licence to display it to other ADC members as part of the service.
We aim to keep ADC available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
ADC is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other members, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ADC after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
